We want BinKeeper to be worth every penny. If something goes wrong, here's exactly what we'll do about it.
Effective date: April 2026Short version: subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and you keep access until the period ends. If the service failed to work as described and we can't fix it, we'll refund your most recent charge within 7 days. One-time purchases (Keeper: Move, item add-ons) are non-refundable once the features have been used. If you're unsure, just email us — we'll work something out.

If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal, email us promptly. We'll review it. We're a small company and we'd rather keep a happy customer than argue over one month.

If you purchased Keeper: Move and the service failed to function at all — for example, you couldn't log in or the app crashed immediately — contact us and we'll refund you regardless of the above.
If you were charged incorrectly — wrong amount, duplicate charge, charge after cancellation — we will always fix it. Contact us at admin@binkeeperapp.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We'll investigate and issue a correction within 5 business days.
We use Stripe for all payment processing. If you believe a charge is fraudulent, you may also contact your bank or card issuer directly.
Keeper: Basic has no charge. There is nothing to refund. If you're on Keeper: Basic and something isn't working, just contact us and we'll help.

We'll respond within 2 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Stripe back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
We built BinKeeper because we needed it ourselves. We're not trying to trap anyone with confusing terms or make it hard to get money back when something goes wrong. If you have a problem, just talk to us. We'll do right by you.
All BinKeeper purchases — subscriptions and one-time payments — are processed through Stripe on our website (binkeeper.us). We do not currently use Apple in-app purchases or Google Play billing. Your payment goes directly through Stripe's secure checkout, and Stripe's terms apply to the transaction itself.
If in-app purchase options are added in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect how those transactions are handled.
